Since 1999, Mr. Spencer has led as President & CEO, driving the Company to prominence in eRFP services. With a focus on modernizing the RFP process through automation, he leverages extensive benefits industry experience. Formerly consulting for Watson Wyatt Worldwide and partnering with Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Spencer developed automated tools for efficient RFP management. His leadership extends to cost-saving initiatives in benefit plan administration and management roles in California hospitals. Mr. Spencer holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of California.
