About Todd Ruth
Mr. Ruth joined ProposalTech in January 2004. He spearheads the enhancement and addition of features to the company's online tools while overseeing in-house IT operations. Prior to this role, he served as a senior staff engineer at Qualcomm and Ericsson's CDMA infrastructure division, where he led system designs, managed projects, and implemented process improvements over 8 years. Mr. Ruth holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego.
